Steven and I were able to communicate all week in anticipation of our scheduled test drives. He answered all of my questions in a very clear and timely fashion. And he had everything ready to go for upon our arrival. Without feeling pressured, he clearly understood our families needs and gave us the perfect amount of space allowing us to make our decision.
