Worst experience ever buying a car. Basically forced 2 useless product offerings on us. I should have walked away. Trying to claim they are losing money on deal so we need to buy Basically forced 2 useless product offerings on us. I should have walked away. Trying to claim they are losing money on deal so we need to buy key replacement and some scam stolen vehicle payout. Took 3.5 hours after agreeIng on everything to sign. Only reason finance process was decent was they had been closed for an hour and we were not interested any other products from this dealership. Next day we realized that they had shown us the wrong truck (standard bed vs short bed). When I emailed our sales person the next day, rather than offer us to swap, he simply stated that we lucky as they don’t often have the standard bed with the diesel engine. More

Although I found the vehicle I was looking for and priced fairly, my overall experience was less than satisfactory. I had a couple of exchanges (via text, phone, email) with my salesperson a few days priced fairly, my overall experience was less than satisfactory. I had a couple of exchanges (via text, phone, email) with my salesperson a few days before I decided to purchase a vehicle, and they were all OK. After the test drive, we started to look at numbers (price, payments etc.) and couldn't come up with something we both could agree on. Then my salesperson wanted to show me a similar vehicle (that was price a little lower). I reluctantly agreed (knowing it was not what I really wanted) when I walked up to it, I immediately said no because I told him it was not a color I wanted (white) and then he said had a similar but different model, so we walked over to it. Guess what....it was white as well! We then went back to the office to discuss the vehicle I really wanted and still couldn't come up with an agreed upon number. By then I was there over an hour and decided to call it quits. I got up, shook his hand said thanks and it was time for me to go because we just couldn't get to where I needed to be. I was almost to my car when he and his sales manager called out to me to see if there was something else that they could do. I said OK but no more than 10 minutes (I was already there long enough). The sales manager tried to get to where I needed to be, but still the numbers didn't work. I began to leave a 2nd time when the finance manager came out, spoke to me and asked if I could give him another 5 minutes to get it worked out. I agreed and he did come up with something I could live with. The financing went about as smooth as could be expected and after a little 2 hours I drove away in my vehicle. While you would have thought that was the end of the story, it wasn't. The next morning when I was heading to work, I noticed my gas gauge was low. I thought that was strange because every time I had purchased a vehicle in the past the tank was always filled (whether the car was new or used). I had to stop on my way home to drop off a check for the remaining down payment and when I arrived neither my salesperson nor finance manager was there. Wasn't a big deal so I spoke to another salesperson and left the check with him and mentioned the gas experience. He said for me to come back another time and they would fill the gas. The next day I called my original salesperson to let him know I have dropped the check out. When he answered I told him who I was and then he asked if I was the person who wanted the Charger! I said no that he had just sold me a car day before yesterday. He said he was sorry that he had so many customers that he got a little confused. He thanked me for dropping off the check and then I mentioned the gas level and he said that it their policy to have a 1/4 tank of gas in the car for used vehicles. I told him that had purchased 20-30 cars in my lifetime and always drove off with a full tank. He said times have changed, and his manager wouldn't let them fill it up. He said it would cost them a lot of money if they did that with all cars and something to the effect about if affecting the business line. I told him that I thought that was poor customer service and all the radio ads hearing the owner said they take care of customers. Anyway, after a little back and forth we hung up and I was done. Well, a couple of hours later I got a call from my salesperson again asking me to call the rental company because my rental car was still there. Here's the story behind that! When I was in the process that day of trying to figure out if I was going to purchase a car, I called the car rental company to extend my rental another 2 days just in case. After it looked like we were going to come up with an agreement I asked my salesperson if someone could meet me at the rental facility so I could drop the car off. He asked who the company was, I told him, and he said they had a partnership with them and all I had to do was leave the keys there and to let them know. More

While the sales process was good, with great communication, the closing was not a great experience due to deception and lies. Luckily for myself, I reviewed my 'deal' and found the deception and communication, the closing was not a great experience due to deception and lies. Luckily for myself, I reviewed my 'deal' and found the deception and a manager worked with me to resolve the issues the next day. Overall I would recommend due to the sales experience and the willingness to fix the issues however, I would BEWARE during signing and pay extra attention to what they're claiming vs what you receive.
