We've purchased two new BMWs at BMW of Palm Springs and have had our BMW's serviced exclusively at the dealership. The sales staff is superb, knowing their product and highly professional. Ditto the servic have had our BMW's serviced exclusively at the dealership. The sales staff is superb, knowing their product and highly professional. Ditto the service staff. Much of this is due to the long tenure the service advisors have had with the dealership, the longest being fifteen years. All service appointments have been excellent experiences. More

Service appointment was easy to set up. Service was as expected. However I think they may have oversold on the need for a new tire (due to tire depth). Vehicle only had 18,000 miles on it.
