Sandy did an excellent job helping with our car breakdown. My family and I were traveling across country when our BMW broke down. Sandy had no loaner cars for us and we needed to arrive in LA to me breakdown. My family and I were traveling across country when our BMW broke down. Sandy had no loaner cars for us and we needed to arrive in LA to meet our movers. Therefore we had to rent a car to make the move into LA. I could only hope that the dealership will help reimburse me for the $500 I had to spend to rent a car since they had no loaner cars available. This seems to be the only write an honorable thing to do to honor the BMW flag and integrity. More
