BASIC FUNDAMENTALS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE are not taught at this dealership. After a phone conversation, an online chat, 3 emails on Autotrdaer.com, and one directly to a sales person, they have not been able this dealership. After a phone conversation, an online chat, 3 emails on Autotrdaer.com, and one directly to a sales person, they have not been able to facilitate emailing actual pictures of an advertised car. This is a known practice in the industry. that less than honest companies employ, because they do not actually have the car. It's considered FRAUD by the BBB. Often referred to as FISHING, a dealer may sell a car and never take possession actually, but continue advertising to use your email for contact and steering you to a similar car or like brand. Thomson has completely failed to facilitate taking pictures of the car I have inquired on multiple times. I would not buy that car from them now if they did provide them, as I warned them a negative review would be the result if not obliged within 48 hours. Do not recommend this dealership Integrity is meaningless to them. More
