As of today Jan 3rd, BMW Financial still didn’t receive the payoff on my account which is now overdue by four days. This morning I went again to Sunrise VW asking the reason of the delay ! This will reflect badly on my credit score. Still no news from Sunrise VW !!! Very very bad customer service More
