I got there 15 minutes early to my appointment and then
proceeded to wait three hours for an oil change and transmission flush. Whenever they came back to me to give me an update on my car, I was told that

Whenever they came back to me to give me an update on my car, I was told that the service technician that was working on my vehicle didn’t feel safe doing the flush, they were waiting for a tech that could do the flush. They came back out and apologized again and said that the service tech that we had didn’t feel comfortable moving your vehicle. This is unacceptable. Any service technician working there should be able to do all services, especially when I marked it on my appointment card that I’ll be waiting in House.

Eric is very kind and listens to my concerns. I had a nail in my front left tire with a cap attached. It produced a humming sound when the car was moving. Eric took my concerns seriously and scheduled me for a service visit. I did not know I had a nail with a cap in my tire before my service visit. My tire sensor did not show low tire pressure.
I have been a client since 2013 and have driven only Hyundai cars since then. The reason for my repeat business is your service department. So spot on and genuine. I feel my concerns are heard and validated when I bring my car I’m for service.
