I got there 15 minutes early to my appointment and then
proceeded to wait three hours for an oil change and transmission flush. Whenever they came back to me to give me an update on my car, I was told that

Whenever they came back to me to give me an update on my car, I was told that the service technician that was working on my vehicle didn’t feel safe doing the flush, they were waiting for a tech that could do the flush. They came back out and apologized again and said that the service tech that we had didn’t feel comfortable moving your vehicle. This is unacceptable. Any service technician working there should be able to do all services, especially when I marked it on my appointment card that I’ll be waiting in House.
