Sales people are great , I personally dealt with Sandie Owen for the second time and both times she has been perfect with communication and just a wonderful salesperson. Tha , I personally dealt with Sandie Owen for the second time and both times she has been perfect with communication and just a wonderful salesperson. That all being said I feel like the finance guy took advantage knowing that I work long hours and was extremely tired when I finally dealt with him. Sandie looked over my trade in which had low miles ran and drove perfect but had some cosmetic damage in which case was blue book valued at around $4,000. He then went and looked it over without me came back and said that it had a hard time starting which it didnt. I know because it started perfectly for me not 10 minutes later and not 10 minutes before for sandie. Somehow a vehicle that was $10,488 ended up costing almost $16,000 after I put $4,000 down in cash and a trade in that should have left me owing no more than $7,000 after taxes, registration and the $1,900 powertrain warranty that he tacked on that went actually cover anything that by all logic shouldn't have been available just because the vehicle I purchased had 9,000 miles more than.is allowed for the warranty to be available. If I had not been so tired and more with it I would have not bought the vehicle. Sandie is great but the finance guy is not good. More
