I have been at the dealership for over 24 years and am a 10 time Ford Motor Company Employee Excellence Award Winner for Exceptional Customer Service and have received the Best of the Best in Michiana for Car Sales Person every year since it was established. If I'm not here I'm doing things with my Church and my extended family. I believe serving my customers well, above all else, is how I have developed a large and loyal customer base over the years! Maintenance Service I was greeted in a pleasant manner. My question was answered. My service was completed at the time we discussed for pick up. It is so nice to come I was greeted in a pleasant manner. My question was answered. My service was completed at the time we discussed for pick up. It is so nice to come to the new AutoPark Ford building. The car drop off area is great not having to walk outside while dropping off my car. The waiting area is clean and pleasant. Love the coffee machine for a fresh cup of coffee/tea. The ladies restroom is spacious and clean and well decorated. More
