I’ve always been generally happy with the work done in the service center. However, a recent and important maintenance issue was not caught even though I was told a thorough check was given. I will contin the service center. However, a recent and important maintenance issue was not caught even though I was told a thorough check was given. I will continue to take my care there for service but I will be more inquisitive about what has been checked and what was done. My level of trust went down a smidge and I feel I must do more due diligence. Maron, who checked my car in and was my contact person, was great! I enjoyed working with him and felt he was knowledgeable and courteous. I ended up purchasing another car and trading my old one in. The salesperson, Jakob Peters, was very good! While he wasn’t able to answer all my questions, he was quick to get the answers from those who had them. He was extremely helpful and made the purchase exciting. He made a few after-purchase check-in calls, which I appreciate. Since I keep my cars for a long time, every purchase is a huge leap in technology. I appreciate someone who checks in periodically so I can ask my questions. Just as in time immemorial, it still takes a lot of time and back-and-forthing to buy a car, unfortunately. However, I’ve purchased 4 Subarus here and have been happy about my experience each time. I would give a perfect score to the dealership if they would be more thorough in the look-over for maintenance issues in my car. I give 4 out of 5 stars. More
