Deshawn greeted me and let me know he was there without I’ve bought from several local dealerships, with this being my first visit to Gastonia CJDR. Deshawn greeted me and let me know he was there without being overly pushy. He was patient and informative. I briefly dealt with Sam Dewitt. He was also helpful. Once the deal was finalized it was to James McElroy for financing. He’s one of the few finance people I’ve encountered that had any personality. He was professional and quick, but not in a rush you out the door way. I’d recommend this dealership and the people outlined in this review. More

Sales person Kaleb McCaslin approached in a freindly manner and listened to our requests. He was accomodating and not pushy. He made me feel that he was working for me and not just trying to make a sale. I explained how i needed to return another day to complete a sale. He then came back on his scheduled day off to accomodate a final sale of a vehicle that me and my wife both chose. Both the finance manager and sales managers introduced themselves and offered their services. Finance specialist Scott Bryant expedited my final paperwork gracefully to close the deal. I again felt these staff were all working in my best interest as they offered me finance and warranty options. The showroom was a comfortable place to be while the process took place offering snacks, beverages and a clean restroom. Overall i never had a better dealership experience with purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you all for all that you did and for this id have to give you an A+ rating. More

The whole team was patient with me coming back a day later to make my decision on purchasing the Jeep. Jeremiah is the man!!! His personality is great and he comes across as caring and honest. I found a car with less mileage for the same price in a different color at Indian trail Jeep but one of the reasons I came back to but it from y’all was Jeremiah. He’s just an all around great guy and a great asset to your team! He deserves a raise! I’ve never had so much fun signing financial papers! Te’quila was professional, knowledgeable and fun!
