I wanted more safety features despite having a perfectly great 2006 RX350. Went in for knowledge to begin my search and came out as a new Lexus NX owner. Felt respected and appreciated. Hard to give up a decent deal. Everyone I spoke with on Saturday was friendly and kind, esp., Rob. Glad it worked out for both of us. More

We discovered CarMax offered us more for our trade in and Anthony was really flexible about holding the vehicle while we sold our car to CarMax and came back the next day to buy the Lexus. We felt we were treated fairly and honestly and Sammy was great showing us around the car with all the new tech! More
