DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS SCAM DEALERSHIP. They lied to me several times and sold me a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that was not checked. As soon as I got home with the vehicle I opened up the They lied to me several times and sold me a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that was not checked. As soon as I got home with the vehicle I opened up the passenger door to find the interior fabric of the door ripped. I called the salesman Sammy and told him the issue and e said he would call me back. Several days passed by and I called him again and he said he would call me back. After about a week of him not getting back to me I went to the dealership. I spoke to the sales manager Jesse Lopez. I told him I did not think the car was certified if something as simple and visible as an interior rip was not noticed. I asked him to recertify the car which he refused. He did repair the rip. I called Hyundai and they told me to rake it to another dealer. I could either pay for recertification or wait till service is required and the new dealership will look over the vehicle. When the new dealership looked over the vehicle they said the vehicle needed brakes, a drivebelt and brake fluid change costing about $1000.00. I asked the new dealership if they would have replaced and/or fixed these items. They said yes. I went back to the lying Paramus Hyundai and spoke to Jesse Lopez again. He argued with me but told me he would do what is right and he would call me. Well.... True to form I did not receive a call. I went into the dealership and Jess Lopez told me they will do nothing to help me. They say the car was certified even though there were visible rips in the interior, brakes required and other maintenance not done. I told him I would pay some of the costs but did not feel it was fair to me that Paramus Hyundai did not properly certify this vehicle. He told me with a smile on his face that I am out of luck. HORRIBLE DEALER!!! More

If you have an extended warranty make sure they are honor it there policy is to pretend it doesn’t exist /as trump says you ha high bar to jump over. I traveled over an hour after making a call and spoke with Ally to confirm the vehicle was in stock. I was very up front and asked if there was a market adjustment. She told me there was a market adjustment, but I had to come in person and negotiate the adjustment and told me to ask for Sammy and the GM. As you can see him standing behind me, look at his face. He looks so pissed off because he could not just get me to leave when he said we are done here. Later he came to his desk to get his phone, asked me to smile and took a picture of me as I waved to him. Upon getting there they told me the vehicle is not on site. So I proceeded to ask for the MSRP. I was told he needed to know from management what the price would be because of the adjustment. He told me the adjustment for the Hyundai Tuscon Plug in was 5-6k. So I told him I was told the adjustment is negotiable. He said there is no negotiation and that I asked for his manager. He walked over and his manager didnt even have the decency to come over to the desk. He said the price is what it is. And proceeded to tell me I’m the one needing a car and I would be leaving here without it. He said “we are done here” and asked me to leave. I told him I’m not leaving until I leave the review on google about my experience. He said to me I cannot do that. But here is the review from his desk. So i stayed at his desk and wrote the review. If by chance you are near Hyundai located at 234 Route 4 East in Paramus, keep going. They will lie to you and tell you to come in. Once you are here they will not do as they say they would. More

Easy Sale, Everything After - HORRIBLE Purchased my wife's 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe back in March and everything seemed great and effortless. Fast forward 6 months and I have been given the ru Purchased my wife's 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe back in March and everything seemed great and effortless. Fast forward 6 months and I have been given the run around regarding service for the car. Tried on two separate occasions to take it in for an oil change and both times left without the car being serviced. Was told by one representative my voucher for two synthetic oil changes was ready - went to get them and was told by another employee the dealership no longer honors them. Excuse me?? Went the following weekend with a coupon for $100 for service only to be told (surprise, surprise) that can't be used for oil changes. Took my car elsewhere and will never bring my business to this poor excuse for an establishment again. Would NOT recommend to anyone - go elsewhere !!! More
