My experience was poor although the sales individual was a nice person. He literally spent four minutes inside the vehicle when it was delivered to me and ran off, must add another buyer. Very disappointed Lexus is certainly a much better vehicle in most yet how I was treated at the end of the pick up time was extremely poor. More
