I just had my first service on my 2025 Genesis GV70. I didn't lease the car from Genesis of Naples, but chose to go there because of a poor experience with the dealer that I leased the GV70 from. JC is my service rep and he did a great job taking care of my needs. My car was picked up at my home and had a G80 left for us to drive. It turned out that we didn't need the loaner because our car was delivered to us a few hours later. I highly recommend JC and Genesis of Naples! I keep receiving emails from this dealership despite not owning a Genesis and not living in Florida. No one can explain it. I have called twice and emailed and spent 30 minutes on the phone.
