I have been coming to the dealership to lease my cars since 2010 and have always had excellent customer service from Elliot Miller. When I went to the dealership this past Saturday to have my oil changed since 2010 and have always had excellent customer service from Elliot Miller. When I went to the dealership this past Saturday to have my oil changed I knew that my current lease was ending in March and asked to speak to Elliot about leasing another vehicle - only to be told of Elliot’s unexpected passing. I was actually shocked and really saddened by this news. I had planned to lease any/all future cars from Elliot as he was such a warm, friendly person who always treated me like family, never like a customer. While I was trying to process this news, another sales person, Blane Willey, was walking by and stopped when he heard Elliot’s name. He asked if I was one of Elliot‘s clients and offered to sit with me to talk about Elliott and to discuss a new lease if I was ready to do so. Blane was so kind and open about discussing the loss of Elliott, which I appreciated very much. He was also extremely helpful in finding me a new car to lease that included all of the items I was requesting. Blane was so considerate and generous with his time, it made the entire process enjoyable and smooth all the way through to financing with Sami - who was also very open about the loss of Elliott for the entire staff there. Although I missed working with Elliot very much, Blane and Sami made the process so easy that I will continue to return to this dealership in the future. I am so sorry to the staff and to Elliot’s family for his loss. He was an amazing person and will be dearly missed!! More
