I purchased a 2020 bmw m340i April 1st, 2025, i noticed after the first week that the tires were worn to the point of the wear bars showing. Also there was a rattle in the front left. The dealership replac after the first week that the tires were worn to the point of the wear bars showing. Also there was a rattle in the front left. The dealership replaced the worn tires and test drove the car multiple times and said there was no rattle. I asked multiple times to put the car on a lift to check for play in front axles and steering components but they insisted that they test drove it and heard no noise. They only performed a visual inspection. Upon receiving the new tires the service manager had me sign a contract saying they would no longer do repairs on the vehicle unless it was done through warranty. The day after this I received a notification on the dash that the car was 2 quarts low on oil so I added it and tried to check the oil level through the radio like you’re supposed to and it is unable to read the level. That made me wonder how they inspected the vehicle thoroughly if you are unable to read the oil level. I’ve also reached out multiple times to get my ceramic coating appointment and was told someone would return my call and still haven’t received one. I initially never wanted the coated but was talked into by a manager there. Needless to say I will no longer take my vehicle back to this dealership and I will have a reputable BMW dealership service any work that’s done moving forward. It’s unfortunate because my father and my sister both bought their vehicles from Ziegler and neither of them will be going back either. More

First of all I want to say Miguel is a very positive and welcoming person whose radiant smile instantly puts you at ease before such a big purchase. He is easygoing, very knowledgeable and attentive. Very disappointed. Karson was either incompetent or duplicitous, or maybe a combination of both. We had to go back and forth several times to get a fair price on my tra Karson was either incompetent or duplicitous, or maybe a combination of both. We had to go back and forth several times to get a fair price on my trade-in. He didn’t know that the model of Honda that I purchased did not come with SiriusXM radio as all my previous Hondas had. (I had to do my own post-purchase research to find that out.) He led me to believe I was eligible for a $500 Customer Loyalty credit and a 4.9% auto loan from Honda. However, when I got in to deal with the finance person, I was told that I was not eligible for the Loyalty Credit, (never was told why not, even though I have been buying Hondas for the last 20 years), and I could only get a 5.9% interest loan on the particular model I was purchasing, even though I have an excellent credit rating. I should have walked out at that point, but I was worn down and really wanted the car, so I went through with the deal. (But I was so upset that I managed to pay off the entire loan a week later so as to avoid paying the interest costs, so at least the dealership will not get the kick-back from that!) We'll have to see if I will get the free oil changes for the first year thar I was also promised. More

It was an outstanding experience from the moment I walked through the door. Miguel’s greeting was welcoming, went to his desk chatted a little bit figured out what I was there for and moved forward to start through the door. Then we took a smooth test drive very feature orientated and went over all the details before during and after the test drive. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from both Jesse and Zeigler honda as whole.
