Very disappointed. Karson was either incompetent or duplicitous, or maybe a combination of both. We had to go back and forth several times to get a fair price on my trade-in. He didn’t know that the model of Honda that I purchased did not come with SiriusXM radio as all my previous Hondas had. (I had to do my own post-purchase research to find that out.) He led me to believe I was eligible for a $500 Customer Loyalty credit and a 4.9% auto loan from Honda. However, when I got in to deal with the finance person, I was told that I was not eligible for the Loyalty Credit, (never was told why not, even though I have been buying Hondas for the last 20 years), and I could only get a 5.9% interest loan on the particular model I was purchasing, even though I have an excellent credit rating. I should have walked out at that point, but I was worn down and really wanted the car, so I went through with the deal. (But I was so upset that I managed to pay off the entire loan a week later so as to avoid paying the interest costs, so at least the dealership will not get the kick-back from that!) We'll have to see if I will get the free oil changes for the first year thar I was also promised. More

It was an outstanding experience from the moment I walked through the door. Miguel’s greeting was welcoming, went to his desk chatted a little bit figured out what I was there for and moved forward to start through the door. Then we took a smooth test drive very feature orientated and went over all the details before during and after the test drive. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from both Jesse and Zeigler honda as whole. We were fairly new to buying a vehicle and it was our first time buying a vehicle out of state and they from both Jesse and Zeigler honda as whole. Even more impressive were how helpful they were after the sale with follow up questions as to how the whole process played out. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing a new or used vehicle! More

Jesse was a very comfortable sales person to work with! If there was a question he couldn’t answer, he humbly sought out an answer within minutes. He was very polite and not pushy at all. An example of this was when he offered the windshield/undercarriage/dent protection…. No matter how affordable or great the deal was, I did not plan on accepting the offer, and Jesse politely accepted my decline without a fight. Again, Jesse worked with me as a normal real person, he did put on a show or sales pitch. There wasn’t anything I was turned off by. Jesse even showed me features of the car that I would otherwise figure out on my own months later like how to unlock the car without a key fob. Jesse also made me feel superior be saying I’ll be the cool guy on the road with the extra bright headlights my vehicle has. More
