I can really say anything bad about the dealership but the service is not so good. I spent 1200$ on my van and it still makes the same noise that it did before. The sales department was easy to work with. I did not like the service advisor. The service manager was good too. I was given a warranty that didn’t cover the things that broke on the car, but I did not like the service advisor. The service manager was good too. I was given a warranty that didn’t cover the things that broke on the car, but the finance guy, Ryan, agreed to pay for the labor if I paid for the part. I ended up just taking the vehicle and will fix it at home. The other service advisor I spoke with took my payment for the diagnosis fees. Not sure I’ll ever go back if I have to deal with the other woman. Overall, not the best experience but it could’ve been worse. More

Problems with the vehicle not presented during sale, salesman made false promises of a second key but was not fulfilled. Two major problems include the rotors needing replacement, worn breaks, and trans salesman made false promises of a second key but was not fulfilled. Two major problems include the rotors needing replacement, worn breaks, and transmission issues during reverse and drive. They did have their maintenance take a look and they could not "recreate" the issue but it is still very apparent regardless of their lack of diagnosis. I've felt as though they have treated me as ignorant, thinking I'm uninformed of mechanics. I have voiced my concerns and have yet to get any response. My Google review reflects such treatment. More
