Samantha is awesome! She's very knowledgeable and so nice. It had been awhile since i purchased a car and i was worried about the new electronics in it and she was so pat She's very knowledgeable and so nice. If you go to Michigan City Ford make sure to ask for her because your time will not be wasted she was amazing! def scored a customer for life Sam! I visited this dealership 3 years ago and knew when it was time I would come back to visit Sam and Jake here to purchase my new vehicle. They were kind, patient, understanding and made it happen!!! We scheduled an appointment to see a 2023 ford f150 with 2.9 mile showing on the odometer on the web sites photos. We drove an 1 1/2 hours only find out on arrival that the vehicle we were interested in act 2.9 mile showing on the odometer on the web sites photos. We drove an 1 1/2 hours only find out on arrival that the vehicle we were interested in actually had approximately 3000 miles and was driven by the GM. We still test drove the vehicle and the interior in the rear had been damaged by his children. The truck also sounded mechanical unsound. I could tell if the steering rack was faulty or if it was mechanical issue with engine. So we found we found the dealership to be deceptive and untrustworthy. More
