Dalton was an excellent sales person to work with, for me. One thing about me in particular is I detest dealing with sales people. I cannot stand when sales people try to upsell and get you to spend more me. One thing about me in particular is I detest dealing with sales people. I already knew what I wanted when I walked into Honda so I was very pleased when I got Dalton as my sales representative. He seemed to understand that and did not try to force other sales my way. I got Samantha as a Tech rep to show me all the features on my new car. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable and explained everything well. I had a good experience up until this point. When I reached the final step in the process, finance, I met Travis. While he seems like a good person I was not impressed with his people skills. He seemed like the typical kind of "sales person" with a fake personality. He tried rushing me through the process, did not explain things very well and tried to push me to purchase extra packages to finance through them. In the future, I would like to go back to Mohawk Honda to purchase another vehicle. Omitting the final financing portion of my purchase, I had a good experience there. More

Excellent Buying Experence! Alec Wright, was a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for, including features and color. I never felt pressured during the purchase of my new Honda CR-V. Brad Cittadino was very friendly also. I did feel a little pressured, working with Brad. I felt that I had to make a decision before I went to lunch with my wife, in dealing with the extended warranty. For the price that I paid for the 5 year warranty, which is really only 2 years beyond Honda's original warranty, I felt that should have received a better price! Brad did, extend it to 6 years for me, in the end. Samantha DeNisio was very patient and did a wonderful job explaining all the features in the new Honda CR-V. I send a special thanks, to all the staff at Mohawk Honda, for making this a great buying experience. I would highly recommend Mohawk Honda, to friends and family, for purchasing their next or future vehicle. More
