Sadly I went into this dealership with the expectations that I would be treated fairly and honestly. First I would like to say that yes I did purchase a new Honda Accord Hybrid but not under the pretense t that I would be treated fairly and honestly. Add ons were worked into the sale at prices above and beyond the Honda manufacturer list prices and a maintenance service agreement was added to my contract without my agreement and knowledge. My trade in was taken at well below the Blue Book value! HONDA ON GRAND is a dealership that is not to be trusted and I will NEVER do business again at this establishment! More
