Took 08 Optima in because speedometer and odometer stopped working. They replaced all speed related sensors including the wheel speed sensor and ABS sensor to the tune of $2,300 and they did not have stopped working. They replaced all speed related sensors including the wheel speed sensor and ABS sensor to the tune of $2,300 and they did not have the diagnostic tools to properly identify the issue but replaced parts still. (Could not even test the tpms sensors in the tires and that light is still on,) Still no speedometer, no odometer. Sam, the service manager, advised me after keeping the car a month to use an app to see speed. Not sure this is legal to hold a phone while driving, not even sure my car is safe or have ABS. I don't think the car will even sell without speedometer, odometer but I sure paid a lot. More

I’m sorry I bought a car here and I’m sorry I took my parents car here. The lack of communication is unheard of. Norris is an awful SA and will not call you back or explain things. I had to physically drive there to get answers and speak with another SA. Misty is useless as a customer whatever because on the phone she told me I could only speak to Norris and no one else. Ridiculous policy when another SA was helping me since Norris left and didn’t call me back. I don’t know what’s happened over the years but the customer service here is awful. Misty also kept blaming their phone system on all the issues I’ve had over the past year. It started off with damage in the trim around my doors which got logged by an SA as a warranty issue when it wasn’t and worse he never submitted it anyway. Same visit for a tire issue they found a nail said they wouldn’t rotate and I went to Mavis and they couldn’t find the nail turns out the tech rotated the tires anyway. Then the trim finally got worked with other recall issues was given a loaner for the we owe problem was told to be there at a certain time and the guy I needed was no where to be found. Ended up being late to an appt bc he was somewhere else. Had my car longer than they needed bc some other tech used my parts and had to wait on new ones. Had service done and the tech didn’t rotate my tires had to bring it back to have the issue looked at. Very disappointed and shocked at the treated after buying a $40K plus SUV. Mark and Kris are the only people in the Service Dept who care and will work with you. More

Terrible communication. Made and received confirmation of service for April 12, only to be told they couldn’t service the vehicle for another 5 business days. The phone vmx system didn’t deliver any of the dozens of messages I left. The service department wouldn’t give me the extension number for my assigned representative forcing me to use the cumbersome auto attendant and spell by name directory. I transported my vehicle via tow truck 20 miles because they made the early appointment then took longer to complete than the closer dealerships that were honest about the time. More

Chris Vallejo offered outstanding customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient is the least I can say about this young man. He makes you feel welcomed and does not makes you feel pressured Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient is the least I can say about this young man. He listens to your needs and provides you with what he believes is the best vehicle to fit your lifestyle. I give them negative 10 stars. Customer service was non-existant I purchased 3 cars there over the last 10 years, but ever since Jim Ellis took over this dealership it has stead Customer service was non-existant I purchased 3 cars there over the last 10 years, but ever since Jim Ellis took over this dealership it has steadily declined in the service department. They had my daughter's car for 6 weeks. We had an appointment on January and they didn't even LOOK at it until January 18 . Took until February 28 to figure out what was causing the battery to die over and over again and make the repairs. The so called service advisor, Phil, never returned our calls. The service dept manager only returned one of my calls and was very snarky when he finally did. I even contacted the Kia Customer Assistance nationwide number 4 times and they were no help either Think twice about buying a Kia, and if you have one go somewhere else for service. I now drive a Hyundai. LOVE my car and their service is excellent! es e More
