Purchased a car from them and nothing but problems This place never calls back. Left several messages and sent several emails and they NEVER call us back. They sold me a car that they masked the smell of smoke in and since I am allergic, it is nearly impossible for me to even drive it, my son also has asthma and is can't even be in the car, there is something wrong with the transmission and it is running like crap and they will not return any calls or emails. Terri has been rude and ignored us from the first time we called. Which was two days after I purchased the car. Erin and Sam have been super nice and trying to get us help and have someone call us back, but no one ever does. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. More

I know this is a little thing but he remembers to wish me happy birthday every year. He shows me everything in the car program my cell phone which is great for me. I came in to get my oil changed on my 2015 civic and drove off with a 2017 civic. I will be back to work with Ken for the next car and I would recommend he to my family and friends.
