Outstanding experience. The sales staff were not all standing around the entrance ready to pounce, like the last dealership I visited in Grapevine. When you walk up, you are enthusiastically greeted with, “can I help you find someone?” When it was time to review the purchase price, there was no bait and switch, adding nearly $4000 in dealer “fees,” and LoJack that, “cant be uninstalled.” The price was the same as advertised on Autotrader, plus tax, tittle, and license, unlike the last Ford dealer I visited in Grapevine. Night and day experience. After purchase, a few minor defects were quickly fixed and I was provided a loaner vehicle. More
