Purchasing a pre-owned Chevrolet Equinox LT from Ciocca Chevrolet in Quakertown was an absolutely positive experience. Let me begin by stating that I live on Long Island and that there certainly a lot of Chevrolet in Quakertown was an absolutely positive experience. Let me begin by stating that I live on Long Island and that there certainly a lot of Chevy dealers between myself and Ciocca, 162 miles away. Why did I purchase from Ciocca? From the moment I made contact with their online sales department (Keila) I was immediately comfortable. The price was the price and that was the price. The only thing additional was a document fee and that was it, plus tax and tags of course. No dealer prep fee, no mandatory window etching, etc etc. I had some further questions which required Sam to jump in, and he was awesome. When I arrived after a lengthy commute (Amtrak to Ardmore) the dealership sent someone to pick me up so as to avoid a costly Uber fare. Upon arrival, I was greeted with smiles and the car was exactly as promised/advertised online. We were very particular about the type of Equinox we were looking for and this one checked all the boxes, especially with very low mileage. There was absolutely no-upsell or pushiness on anything, including the extended warranty- which I brought up and and where I found their pricing to be incredible. From arrival time at the dealership I was fully wrapped in about 90 minutes, including the test drive. My only regret about dealing with Ciocca Chevrolet is that I do not live closer where I can take advantage of all of the benefits they include when you purchase a pre-owned vehicle from them. I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my time and Ciocca is easily ranked at the very top in terms of overall satisfaction. More

We took our new car to get cleaned for the first time after owning it for 5 days and when they were finished I saw a chip in my paint so I brought it up to their attention and they showed me a picture th after owning it for 5 days and when they were finished I saw a chip in my paint so I brought it up to their attention and they showed me a picture they took and said it was there before but I couldn't see it in the picture. So they tried to touch it up with a touch up paint pen! IT LOOKS WORSE NOW! Looks like they used white out on my white car! I'm so upset about this. It was a small chip but it'll rust! They all acted like it was no big deal, but this was my first new car! They turned an unfortunate issue into a worse one and I'm NOT happy! The fact that they tried to cover it using a paint pen Just tells me that they accepted the fact that they screwed up and wanted to make it up but instead they made it worse and now I'm very upset More
