Stopped by on a whim. Looked over a few Broncos. Went inside the dealership and got a salesman. This entire time it was no pressure tactics. I told the salesman which one Looked over a few Broncos. He brought it up and copied my license and off I went. When I came back, I said that I needed to discuss with my wife and again no pressure. So we came back a couple days later and we had a great conversation about pricing and trade in value. No back and forth. I came back two days later and it was immaculate condition! I was really surprised and impressed with the whole experience. More

Lack of communication between the two salesman that were trying to help me purchasing. I want to pick up my truck on a certain day, and it was never even detailed, washed, there was salt all over the floor trying to help me purchasing. Needless to say I did not pick that truck and I drove over 2 1/2 hours away thinking that truck was ready for me.
