Jeremy my normal service writer was off the day I went in to get my care service. I have always gotten great service and never felt I was being taking advantage of. I dropped my car off at 0730 for an oil change, courtesy wash, replace a weather strip and to check a low tire pressure error. At 1730 I go back to see if the car is ready and it is not. The person who was wash, replace a weather strip and to check a low tire pressure error. At 1730 I go back to see if the car is ready and it is not. The person who was taking care of me says that she will take care of my bill and that the weather strip has to be ordered and the wash is out. A few days later the weather strip came in and I asked if they could pick up the car since I was watching my sick daughter. Afterwards the bill came in for $282! I thought that was outrageous for a weather strip but paid it anyway and saw I was charged for everything from the previous week. Then earlier this week my low tire pressure comes back on and my engine stutters now. So I’m very disappointed. More
