I began servicing my first Subaru at Metro West when I moved to the area in 1993 (it was Natick Subaru then.) I have always been pleased with the service there. Mike Sheehey, the service manager, is never too busy to answer a question for me. Sean and the other mIke in service are also very helpful. Also they are very generous with a loaner car if I need to leave the car all day. When it was time to think about a new car, there was no reason not to try Metro West first. Since then, it is the only place I would shop. I bought my 04 and the 2011 from Sam Mayer becuase he is very easy to deal with. When I buy a car, I do not like to be rushed. In fact I may visit Sam multiple times before I feel ready. Sam never rushes me, always treats me with respect, and I feel want to meet my needs. I always make a point of chatting with him about cars in generla when I go in for service. I highly recommend Metro West Subaru. More
