Galpin Ford had the car we were looking for and made our car buying experience easy and pleasant and relatively quick. The dealership is huge and offers a great selection of vehicles. It’s conveniently located, right off the freeway, which is also good for test drives as one can include the freeway on the test drive. The facility is clean and modern and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The financing went through quickly and easily and there was no hard sell on additional options. Some were presented but no pressure when we declined and adding what we wanted was easy. We also have confidence in the Galpin Motor Group as we have purchased multiple vehicles from them and their reputation and performance history is excellent. I originally contacted Galpin Ford via the internet and the website chat service to find out hours, current sales, and availability of the models we were looking for. Stephanie was helpful and informative and we ended up having her book us an appointment with a salesperson. Our salesperson was Real Andrews and he was excellent! He was friendly, found us a couple of different versions of exactly the car we wanted, sent us off on a test drive without him which gave us the chance to discuss the car by ourselves without anyone hovering or pressuring us. He got all our questions answered, quickly provided us with the various options we had if we decided to purchase the car we liked and matched a deal we’d been offered elsewhere with no hassle. He was efficient getting the paperwork prepped and done once we decided to buy the car and was pleasant and informative while we waited (only a few minutes) for financing to be ready for us. Real has already checked in with us a few days after the purchase to ensure we are happy and love the car, which we are and do.
