Absolutely fantastic experience, my family been purchasing vehicle from this dealership for the past 4 years. Great Online Purchase Experience This was the first time that I had purchased a vehicle out of state which I located via online search. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but overall This was the first time that I had purchased a vehicle out of state which I located via online search. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but overall by expectations were exceeded. I connected first with Ahmed who was extremely responsive and often turned around an answer or response within minutes even during off-hours and weekends. He was very easy to work with and I did not get a typical car salesman experience, instead I felt as though I was working with someone who was genuinely trying to make our deal work out. Once we agreed to terms, I flew up to Chicago to see the vehicle in person, meet Ahmed and see the dealership. Ahmed picked me up from the airport on a Saturday morning and took me over to look over and test drive the car. The car was in the expected condition and I did not find anything significant that was not already disclosed. The car looked to be well taken care of, being stored within their large internal dealership facility among some other very nice automobiles. The paperwork was complete later that morning with ease and I was chauffeured back to the airport early that afternoon after arranging to have the vehicle shipped down to me in NC. It did seem to take a bit longer than I had expected to secure a shipper for the vehicle but that was the only misunderstanding for the entire experience. The vehicle ultimately arrived about 1.5 weeks later in good condition, with nice internal seat, mat and steering wheel covers on to protect things. Title and registration documents arrived well before the 30-day temp title expired and I was easily able to register and title the vehicle through my local DMV. I would recommend Greater Chicago Motors to my friends and will be sure to check back on their website when I am looking for my next car to purchase. More
