I think it's only fair for us to explain what happened here. After you spoke with our used car director, we explained that the vehicle had an aftermarket modification that would not pass emissions. You signed a disclosure stating that you acknowledged your purchase wouldn't pass. You're correct in that the vehicle is not Certified.
