This has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had to go through. I purchased a brand new vehicle in MAY 2023. It is now 2025, and the VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE WORKING AIR CONDITIONING. I've brought had to go through. I purchased a brand new vehicle in MAY 2023. It is now 2025, and the VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE WORKING AIR CONDITIONING. I've brought my car to service a total of TEN TIMES. Yes, you read that correctly. This dealership and its management could not be bothered to lift a finger for me, much less fix my car, or take responsibility for the lemon they sold me. Their own service advisors encouraged me to lemon law this vehicle. Dealerships like Huffines take advantage of people so often that we have laws to protect us from them. Thanks to their advice, I've now involved the state, which is giving me a hearing and will hopefully force this dealership to take this lemon back. I have yet to even receive a phone call. Truly disgusted by this company its representatives. More

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT ever buy a Grand Wagoneer from Huffines!! Ours has been in the shop over 3 months of the 10 months we’ve owned it and is currently back with the service department because the ther Huffines!! Ours has been in the shop over 3 months of the 10 months we’ve owned it and is currently back with the service department because the thermostat went out. It has been an absolute nightmare of issue after issue. With zero help from the management staff at Huffines. We were first time Huffines customers and they sold us good on their family values and customer service. I have never regretted a decision more. We will never purchase a Jeep brand vehicle again and we will never purchase from Huffines again. The sales department does not follow up on calls or emails nor do they do anything they say they are doing to help resolve ongoing issues. The service department is wonderful, especially the shop foreman Chris, but when you purchase a brand new $120,000 vehicle for your family you expect it to work and work safely. Not leave you stranded on the highway with your kid in tow. The poor quality of the “luxury” Grand Wagoneer is unbelievable. More
