They play with the numbers and try and sell you all kinds of crap you don't want or need. They also forget to mention it and hope you never see it. Car prep was awful, water spots, filthy interior windows, crayon marks on tires and rear bumper,drivers door out of alignment, items in old car were not transferred to new car. Worst car prep I have ever experienced. Already had to return to dealer about $900.00 mystery charge that Finance guy "thought " he had explained to me. waste of time and gas, just another hoop to jump through because of a stupid rebate. Have a friend who has a dodge dealership and I should have taken the time and long ride to see him because I could have avoided this nightmare of buying a car the way I remembered it. Some things never change. Stopped to visit service about misaligned doors and the service guy tells me I need we care form from salesman who of course is off today. Maybe next week, when my blood pressure goes down. More
