We were told the Rogue we purchased was 39,900. However the invoice stated it was 43,000. We were lied to. We were not at all satisfied with how we were treated while purchasing our car. We were also told the interest rate was 0% but the real rate was 7.4%. We will never purchase from Serra Nissan again, I will tell everyone I know not to do business with them. I purchased GAP insurance for about $5000. Then I paid off the car because of the high interest rate and I haven’t heard anything about returning the insurance amount. I called and tried to speak with the guy who did the credit application, and he never returned my call. We are very dissatisfied with our experience with Serra Nissan in Cullman. More

I had a previous post on here concerning the issues I had buying a used car from this dealership that had issues. After several weeks and attempts I finally connected with the Service Mgr, Sam. He listened buying a used car from this dealership that had issues. After several weeks and attempts I finally connected with the Service Mgr, Sam. He listened to my complaints . I brought the car in and the repairs were made. Turns out the previous repair had faulty parts. The new parts were installed and the car drives great. Thank you Sam for everything you did. I appreciate you. More
