Got a recent oil change in the service center for my Chevrolet Silverado. I picked up the truck and drove it home to my house approx 9 miles away, went inside and came back out the next day to all of th Chevrolet Silverado. I picked up the truck and drove it home to my house approx 9 miles away, went inside and came back out the next day to all of the oil all over my driveway. The oil pan nut was never secured all the way and the oil was spilled creating a massive stain on my driveway that now cannot be removed. I called Paul Masse Chevrolet to see if the could help remedy this situation because it was obviously related to the oil change that was done and a technician was at fault therefore Paul Masse is at fault. They took responsibility for their actions and came out to try and put quick dry sand on the oil to remove the stain but it did not work because the oil had been sitting for to long before they came out. I went back to see Bob Masse to talk to him to see if there was anything further that he was going to do. He told me they did all they can do and it was tough luck that i would have to deal with it. Now i have a complete eye sore oil stain on driveway that cannot be removed and if i want to do anything about it i have to pay out of my own pocket for something that was their fault. Bob Masse had horrible customer service telling to too bad and to deal with it. i have never been treated like this at a dealer ship that i bought multiople vehicles from in the past and i cannot believe it. I will never step foot back into Paul Masse Chevrolet nor will i recommend anyone i come into contact with to go there as well. 0 out of 5 stars. More

Great service! Sam and the team there are always courteous and very knowledgable I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on something I don't need. Very quick! . Even if it wasn't I could s courteous and very knowledgable I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on something I don't need. Very quick! . Even if it wasn't I could stay in that lounge all day. I bring my work laptop in and they make me feel like I'm in my own living room but with better snacks. Everyone walking by makes a point to say hi. I even starting bringing my wife's car in that was purchased at another dealerdhip with no hassle. More

TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! I just wanted to take a few minutes and share the outstanding car leasing experience my wife and I had at Paul Masse Chevrolet in East Providence. Fr I just wanted to take a few minutes and share the outstanding car leasing experience my wife and I had at Paul Masse Chevrolet in East Providence. From the moment my wife and I drove into the parking lot we were treated like royalty. An older gentleman helped my wife and I find parking spots and ushered us in to see Wayne Guindon for our appointment where we were also able speak with Sam DeSousa, the Service Manager, who was also extremely helpful. My wife Cheryle and I have not purchased a new vehicle in about 7 or 8 years due to some financial/credit hardships so we were a bit jittery about the process. Wayne made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions thoroughly and professionally, and gave us other options when we needed them. We are finally driving a new vehicle after years of sacrifice and the experience could not have been more stress free. Wayne even helped us transfer our personal items from our old cars to our new 2019 Chevy Equinox. Crystal, in finance, was friendly and confident when she had us sign our paperwork and there were no surprises. Couldn't be happier! Thank you for an amazing experience. I think you may have created two lifelong customers here. More

Avoid this place at all costs. I went to Paul Masse in East Providence Rhode Island 30August2017 to have my vehicle serviced. All went as expected however when I brought up the issu I went to Paul Masse in East Providence Rhode Island 30August2017 to have my vehicle serviced. All went as expected however when I brought up the issue that the leather on my steering wheel was starting to come undone, the dealership wanted nothing to do with it. I called the dealership 31August2017 and spoke to the service manager Sam DeSousa and his exact words... you didn't buy the vehicle here we have no loyalty to service your vehicle, you also gave us a bad survey so why should we service your vehicle. When I told him I would be contacting General Motors, the BBB, Rhode Island Auto Dealers Association, local news station consumer advocate division, as well as sharing this on social media was told by this service manager I don't care do what ever you want to do. The Vehicle I have is a 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71 with 18,700 miles on it. The below is from the New Vehicle Warranty booklet. Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty (including tires): Coverage is for the first 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. 3 years/36,000 Miles Limited Warranty Coverage Chevrolet is committed to ensuring satisfaction with your new vehicle. Your Chevrolet dealer also wants you to be completely satisfied and invites you to return for all your service needs, both during and after the warranty period. To help keep things in proper working order, Chevrolet will warrant each 2016 model year from bumper-to-bumper for 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first; see dealer for details) with no deductible, from the original in-service date of the vehicle, for warrantable repairs that are required as a result of defects due to material and/or workmanship. The below is directly from page 4 of the New Vehicle warranty booklet. Repairs Covered The warranty covers repairs to correct any vehicle defect, not slight noise, vibrations, or other normal characteristics of the vehicle due to materials or workmanship occurring during the warranty period. Needed repairs will be performed using new, re-manufactured, or refurbished parts. Obtaining Repairs To obtain warranty repairs, take the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealer facility within the warranty period and request the needed repairs.
