Mr. Choi described our used vehicle purchase as "purchasing an 85-year old grandma." Mr. Choi was eager to have us on our way with our old grandma, that when he applied for a loan on behalf of us, "purchasing an 85-year old grandma." Bank #1 was not working throughout mid-processing, that he quickly switched to Bank #2. At first, my husband and I thought Mr. Choi was so diligent in helping us process our paperwork so quickly; however, Mr. Choi failed to record Bank #2 as our official lender for half of the final paper documents. So much so that when we paid off our loan with Bank #2, Bank #2 informed us that they had not received any of our information due to the fact that BMW of Catonsville/Mile One had incorrectly submitted our paperwork to Bank #1, and therefore, could not submit our information to the DMV for us to obtain our title. It has been close to 6 months since we have paid off our vehicle, and we have yet to receive our Title. Bank #2 informed me they were waiting for BMW to return their phone call, which BMW has yet to pick up the phone since I have followed up every other week since nearly six months ago. Is this because I purchased an "85-year old grandma" instead of a brand new BMW. More
