Sam was a pleasure to work with from our initial meeting to discuss ordering the X7 sight unseen to his communication during the building phase of the vehicle to the day I picked up my new X7. He was very personable yet professional and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be an update to the actual Park Place dealership building as it is quite dated and in need of some modernization. An overall good vehicle buying experience! More
