My salesperson Sam did an excellent job describing the car and providing service history from the prior owner. I live 1100 miles away so this was a leap of faith for me. When the car arrived it was everything it was described when I saw it. however, there was a problem with the transmission and the car had some safety problem related problems that would not pas the Va. required yearly inspection needed to license the car. I was very shocked and disappointed in this situation. After my less than stellar review here Brad Johnson, the company GM contacted me. We discussed the situation, and he reached out to me in a very professional way to resolve this matter. I now believe there were things missed on the car that was not intentional. In fixing some known problems, that had a delay in getting parts due to COVID-19 disruption, the car was pushed aside, sat for awhile, and other things were not attended to.......an honest mistake in the middle of the nightmare the virus brought down on all of us .Brad worked with me to make things right. I was shocked....did not really expect to hear from anyone. This tells me there was honest mistakes made, and they owned up to doing the right thing.when I was 1100 miles away with no recourse.I cannot begin to tell anyone how much of what an honest and customer oriented business they are. In an industry noted in many cases for many problems and less than honest business practices, Luther Park Place BMW stands out in a very positive way. Thank you for your care and concern in doing the right thing. More
