He is certainly an asset In my experience, it is relatively difficult to find a car service and dealership that consistently treats their customers first. I have found that to be true at Lehigh Valley Honda. I bought my Honda CRV there and it has been well maintained by them ever since (I am at 130K) The service managers, techs, and entire staff are professional, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to keep my car in top shape. They are so good that for the past decade, my wife’s Audi is serviced at LV Honda exclusively. More

Took my wife’s 2008 crv for inspection in 2020.when they finished,they told her she needed 7 things replaced and serviced right away. The best thing is ,that they replaced both the transmission fluid and t finished,they told her she needed 7 things replaced and serviced right away. The best thing is ,that they replaced both the transmission fluid and the surpentine belt 7 months earlier and now they wanted to do the work while they had the car on the lift by the way I took the crv to a mechanic to see if the other work needed to be done. NO, was his answer .he said that was their new policy to make more money.I guess getting a free inspection when we bought it , was not free after all. More

I am always working with Sam Azar and he is very knowledgeable, trusty and professional. He always recommends services to his customers and i am very pleased with that. The only thing i am concerned is for my rear differential service, used three quarts of fluid which i disagree because it says at the most you might need 1.5 quart but not 3 quarts. Each quart costing $13.38 so that is my concerned even Honda manufacture on line it says need 1.5 quarts. So that is only my negative but i am very pleased with my service. Thanks...Atul More
