My service advisor, Kyle, was extremely courteous and informative, he kept on top of the progress of service in a very busy environment and filled me in several times on my car's status. Very well conducted my routine maintenance service. I was please with all work performed and communicated details about the service prior to service were performed. All need improvement when i was read I was please with all work performed and communicated details about the service prior to service were performed. All need improvement when i was ready to leave the plastic wrap was covered with me seat and paper was on my foot mat. Someone should be picking and removing this from car before customer handed the keys. Sam Azar excellent to work with him and he explains in detail about all recommendation for future as well as current services that may or may not need attention at present but down the line. We have serviced our 2011 Honda CRV exclusively at LVH for years and have never been disappointed. Went in for service with Sam Azar and his techs and mentioned we might consider trading our 2011. Since all service had been performed at LVH and the 2011 was in great shape we asked Sam what he thought - He suggested a short walk into sales. We said we would go across the street to the used car lot and he said "Just go and talk to sales!" So, we went into sales and found Mr. Ramjeet Singh - Two hours later we got a great price for trading in our 2011 and walked out the proud owners of a 2022 HRV! I think a major reason the Wright family are so successful is how carefully they hire their staff. Sam, Ramjeet, Maggie, Ryan are total assets to LVH. It is hard to single out individuals when all staff are so proficient but I must mention Sam Azar for his outstanding ability to explain problems, costs and helping me prioritize service. He is certainly an asset In my experience, it is relatively difficult to find a car service and dealership that consistently treats their customers first. I have found that to be true at Lehigh Valley Honda. I bought my Honda CRV there and it has been well maintained by them ever since (I am at 130K) The service managers, techs, and entire staff are professional, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to keep my car in top shape. They are so good that for the past decade, my wife’s Audi is serviced at LV Honda exclusively. More

Took my wife’s 2008 crv for inspection in 2020.when they finished,they told her she needed 7 things replaced and serviced right away. The best thing is ,that they replaced both the transmission fluid and t finished,they told her she needed 7 things replaced and serviced right away. The best thing is ,that they replaced both the transmission fluid and the surpentine belt 7 months earlier and now they wanted to do the work while they had the car on the lift by the way I took the crv to a mechanic to see if the other work needed to be done. NO, was his answer .he said that was their new policy to make more money.I guess getting a free inspection when we bought it , was not free after all. More
