We walked into the dealership after alot of research online and not looking forward to the dealership experience. However, we were greeted friendly and introduced to Ty and our experience from that poin online and not looking forward to the dealership experience. However, we were greeted friendly and introduced to Ty and our experience from that point on was truly a pleasant, informative and fun event. We never felt hurried, Ty spent time with us to hear what we wanted, showed us many cars and options before and after our test drive. Ty and Nate spent time to get the options and pricing on 2 vehicles for us to go home and decide on. We walked out that day knowing we would be buying the Lexus RX350h but held off for a few days only because Ty found a vehicle that had the interior color we wanted to see was coming in and would call us to let us see it before our final decision. Happily, we did get to see it because it did not turn out to be what we wanted. We ordered the car we wanted that day and left anxious to pick it up. On the day we came to pick up the car we found that the tire size what different than what we selected but Ty and Sam worked this out with us. Sam was extremely informative and worked with us with the end result wanting our dealership experience to be a good one. Finalizing the financial side of this purchase was even a pleasant experience. Jeff was extremely informative, we enjoyed talking with him and he took the time to let us talk through the warranty options with him. Finally, Ryan thoroughly walked us through the how to's of the car before driving off, answering all our questions and even getting our phones synced. Our entire experience was a great, luxury experience. Ty was with us through every step and even explained what our service center experience will be like when the time comes - we are even looking forward to that. Lexus is a great product, from everyone we dealt with at the dealership we felt each truly believed in this car and was working to make our experience buying and owning this car a happy one. We keep our cars a long time, but when we purchase another vehicle, we will be back here to find Ty and start the process again. Thank you all for a truly nice and fun experience in our first Lexus purchase. More

Do not buy a car from this dealership. Trust me, this may be a long review but it is worth the read and your consideration when in the market for a vehicle. I recently learned my Chevy Trust me, this may be a long review but it is worth the read and your consideration when in the market for a vehicle. I recently learned my Chevy Blazer that I bought from them just over a month ago (and probably driven a total of 9 or 10 days) needs a new torque converter costing me nearly $3,600. I have now had four major issues with this vehicle in that span totaling $6,400. While I understand things can happen to both used and new vehicles when they’re driven off the lot, this has gotten out of control. They repaired my radiator, but I’ve had to cover my thermostat, temperature sensor, and now have to replace a torque converter that I cannot afford. But here is what really bothers me, and one of the reasons I’m posting this review for the general public. When the vehicle was brought in for the radiator and temp sensor issue, I was informed by my salesman that things were going to be taken care of by them. Upon picking up my vehicle, one of their technicians said that the sensor was just “acting up” which was the opposite of what another Chevy dealer told Anthony (my car salesman) and their technicians. Having this knowledge, they decided just to do the radiator leaving me with the sensor and thermostat repair to my surprise. At this point, I was out $1,200 of my own money for a repair that they said they were going to take care of. I was lied to when they knew exactly what it needed and they took the cheaper route by just repairing one of the problems and I was just supposed to take their word for it. I thought the least they could do after all of this is split the cost with me on the torque converter after putting a vehicle on their lot with these many issues. Fast-forward a bit, Sam Aly, the sales manager, met with us in person the other week to talk things over. During the meeting, he seemed very empathetic towards my situation and told us not to worry. However, just after a few days, he changed his position drastically and said that he and the GM (Joe) is not helping with the cost whatsoever. What they did offer me, was a $19,000 trade in ($5,000 less than what I had just paid for it) which is honestly insulting and I wasn’t going to take that. As I read one of the other reviews, I noticed that they claimed “everyone of our vehicles goes through a thorough inspection process and are ready for retail purchase.” How can that be possible with all the issues I’ve been having? Regardless, even if they do not do a full check on everything, what kind of dealership hangs someone out to dry like this and puts the Napleton name on it? As a customer, all I can do is research the vehicle, look at the carfax, take it for a test drive and trust them when they say that their vehicles are properly looked over (they’re not). Also, you’ll notice there is an “Eduardo Rodriguez,” who is the “director of napleton” and is responding back to a lot of these reviews from the corporate side of things. I finally spoke to one his receptionists the other day and after explaining everything she apologized that no one had gotten back to me in a timely manner after I submitted multiple emails to customer service. After finally getting in touch with him, he told me that even from the corporate side of things they will not be doing anything and proceeded to tell me “well maybe the programming in the vehicle needs to adjust to the new driver” which is again, insulting. This was after I got two opinions from two different Chevy dealerships confirming it was my torque converter. He said that he talked with Joe (the GM at Lexus) to get the background of everything but he would not provide any assistance to this major matter. I believe a lot of their responses are auto-generated and written back just to make themselves look better on google because I can assure you that you won’t actually get anywhere with them. Overall, they claim to be this “reputable” dealership with a “reputable” name who has long-existing relati More
