Desperate dealership; I was the 1st to contact George and ready to buy, they end up sold the vehicle without informing me even though he said that he would. It was late in the day hence he said he would cont ready to buy, they end up sold the vehicle without informing me even though he said that he would. It was late in the day hence he said he would contact me the following day and I expressed a strong interest to buy. Never looking buy any cars from this immoral and desperate dealer. Don’t trust these guys words. Be extremely careful when dealing with them. More

We came here for service even though this location is substantially further away from our home. The Service Manager was tremendous! Steven communicated very clearly about what has turned into somewhat of substantially further away from our home. The Service Manager was tremendous! Steven communicated very clearly about what has turned into somewhat of a drama related to corporate Alfa. He was fantastic throughout. I would make the trip for service there again just because of how thorough and thoughtful he was. And if service matters to you for you car rest assured you will be in good hands with him! BTW - this silly review tool won’t let me select the Service Team. The only option is Sales Team. So, if you read this wondering why I’m talking about Service, but gave Sales 5 stars, please understand that I had no experience with the Sales team. All of my comments are about the Service Team. More

I would give them 0 stars do not take your car in for servicing I’ve had more issues than you can imagine… car damaged after service….excessive charging 35% more than their counter part in Seattle. Being trying to contact the manager Steve since customer service is their priority ……still waiting to hear back after a week and half… feel like they need more hours at the service center can never get a straight answer. Sad I wanted to like them since they are down the street … just feels chaotic at times More
