Went here on the weekend with my husband looking to buy a currently hard to find truck model after his got totaled. After some back and forth haggling over the phone the next couple of days they came to an a currently hard to find truck model after his got totaled. After some back and forth haggling over the phone the next couple of days they came to an agreement. We put down a deposit via an emailed link their finance department sent us agreeing to pay the rest when we would come and pick it up (which was planned for 2 days after signing and paying digitally) we also received a signed purchase order. Only for them to sell said truck to someone else the next day and claiming they couldn't hold it due to company policy. If you can't hold the vehicle due company policy; don't agree to do so, don't accept a payment and don't agree to a day for us to come pick it up. Didn't know my expectations of the trustworthiness of car sales people could get lower than it already was. More

After Install I came back to pick up the truck and more folks were there to make sure all my questions were answered. Bob was a great help. He explained a lot of features and said there are so many that if you have questions please come by we will make sure you get your questions answered. He said I might not be able to answer every question but someone here will or we will find out and learn ourselves. Made me feel welcome, was great to hear the communication the insurance that my questions regardless how mundane, they are there to help.
