Well the day started off with my wife dropping off her car for service about an hour later, I get a call from this joker Priamo Perez whom was the service advisor that was assigned to my car . Perez state car for service about an hour later, I get a call from this joker Priamo Perez whom was the service advisor that was assigned to my car . Perez stated that they couldn’t perform some update on my vehicle do to Ecu modification now mind you the computer on 2022 Toyota Supra has a locked Ecu . Perez and I had some discussions and came to a disagreement over the phone, I asked Perez to remove the Ecu out of my car and have it tested to determine whether or not the Ecu was in fact “modified.” He refused to do so, but proceeded to flag my car causing me to loose warranty. So at approximately 3pm I arrived to the service to pickup my car, Perez started the conversation again about my car, things got heated between he and I almost getting into a fight in the office. At this point no employee nor the office manager intervened to remove him from the situation finally the manager took me into her office. Perez was very disrespectful and Toyota staff including the manager. I would never ever purchase another Toyota brand again Island Auto are trash . I can’t wait to get rid of my Toyota, Perez is a narcissist and is very arrogant and problematic joker piece of xxxx . More

Came for an oil change, left with a friendship Good customer service is hard to come by at dealer service centers, but that's not the case with Cecilia at Island Toyota. She is both extremely knowledgeable about your vehicle, honest about what you really need, and truly exemplifies what excellence in the industry looks like. I would not trust anyone else with the management of my vehicle's service history, and I'm lucky to have made a good friend along the way. More

Extremely rude, and disrespectful to me. Sal cursed at me in front of customers and threw my paperwork at me all because I answered his question by telling him they were 40 minutes late for my scheduled appo in front of customers and threw my paperwork at me all because I answered his question by telling him they were 40 minutes late for my scheduled appointment time. He then called his boss, whom I had been in contact with because they kept me waiting for hours on a previous service appointment, and lied, saying I had yelled at him. I have never dealt with such dishonesty, incompetence, and rudeness before. Island Toyota, after wasting my time, and ruining any confidence I had that they could repair my car in a timely manner, offered to come pick it up at my house, fix it, and drop it off. I declined their offer, because Sal was so unhinged, I didn’t feel safe entrusting my vehicle, and by extension my family’s safety with him. Island Toyota has not done anything to address Sal’s behavior, but they apologized to me and attempted to sell me a new car. No thanks. I will be taking my business elsewhere and registering complaints with Toyota all appropriate licensing agencies. More
