Since I was looking for a specific pre-owned Jeep, I didn't find it when I initially searched the dealership's inventory. However, I left Sal with a few details of what I was looking for and when they received a new shipment, he reached out to me right away to let me know that they had what I was looking for. Having Sal follow up with me once he found a great match made my search so much easier and the overall purchase was seamless. Great Experience overall Sal was a great Sales Rep. I appreciate that he wasn't very pushy, he just knew the facts about the car and very much let me drive conversation. Being Sal was a great Sales Rep. I appreciate that he wasn't very pushy, he just knew the facts about the car and very much let me drive conversation. Being in sales, I know some reps can get to pushy and that can often times kill a deal. He was good at finding 'pain points' and listening. The girl who worked in financing was overly pushy and pretty much the total opposite. At one point she had said 'you are the only person that's not bought this insurance to ever come through this dealership (Car theft insurance.)" There is no reason that the final stage of the process should have a negative feel to it, and it certainly did (other person with me agreed.) Confidence sells, not condescending. Other then the financing sales methodology of condescending remarks to pressure someone into buying something... the process was terrific. Good work, maybe you want to make some adjustments where i've highlighted. More
