WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was allowed to drive a brand new car off their lot with a defect and they won’t let me return it! I was bullied by the twelve year olds in the front and told i had to make a clai new car off their lot with a defect and they won’t let me return it! I was bullied by the twelve year olds in the front and told i had to make a claim with GM, asked to speak with the General Manager and got some kid that then gave me the general managers name and number on a business card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! If i could rate this a negative 5 star review i would! More

We just leased the Chevrolet Volt from Sal Farina. It was an excellent, efficient experience. Yesterday, Sal came to the house to get additional papers signed. That is above and beyond great service. We contacted Jack about a specific car that was listed on the internet. We drove over an hour to get to the dealership and found the car on the lot right away. Jack showed us the car, inside and out and took us for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We worked through all of the paperwork with ease and were confortable with what we were doing. There was no pressure to buy, no persuasion to make a deal with them. Jack even took us and introduced us to the service manager. Everything about this car buying experience reassured me that this was the right place for me to purchase my car from. I will do business with the in the future. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! More
