Had low expectations to purchase a used vehicle without a battle. Even more so because we were purchasing a car Crown Hyundai did not represent (Mazda), every step I anticipated hitting a wall, .....but t battle. Even more so because we were purchasing a car Crown Hyundai did not represent (Mazda), every step I anticipated hitting a wall, .....but the purchase with Safaris assistance was with little or no issue. Have a part now realized missing (rear cargo privacy screen) that was likely miss-placed when the vehicle was detailed, hopefully Safari locates and to see returned. Based upon our experience, the high ratings are absolutely justified, we would not hesitate to return to a Crown dealership again. More

After waiting 1 1/2 hours on our first visit another sales person took our name and number because the staff was very busy, no call back for over 2 After waiting 1 1/2 hours on our first visit another sales person took our name and number because the staff was very busy, no call back for over 2 weeks. We went back to the dealership 2 weeks later and same situation but Safari who was with another customer, took our info and we had not only a call back but he found exactly what we had asked for after only 3 days. He stayed late, was very patient when we were considering a different vehicle and answered all our questions. The next morning we made our choice and are extremely pleased. Can't say enough about how great he was. Tim in finance was just a great, very informative and gave good advise. Would recommend this dealership because of the excellent staff , great service and terrific selection. More
