Forget all the service perks they dangle in front of you when selling you a car. You will NEVER talk to the service department and yes, they will hang up on you. I'm a 3 time Antwerpen buyer and just had to when selling you a car. You will NEVER talk to the service department and yes, they will hang up on you.
