Terrible customer service. Took 3 hours of waiting for them to finish paperwork to get the car after price was agreed upon and after we submitted to them proof of insurance and credit application even bef them to finish paperwork to get the car after price was agreed upon and after we submitted to them proof of insurance and credit application even before we got to the dealer. I sent an email to the person we dealt with before we went to get the car (who just handed us to another person when we got there) expressing disappointment and she didn't even bother to respond. She never told us it was a demo car before we got there, she just mentioned it had 1000 miles since manager drives it. When we got there we found out it was demo and had 1320 miles, yet they won't reduce the price. The windshield had all kinds of marks on the inside from ezpass and stickers that they didn't bother removing. I could have gotten a brand new car for the same deal. Terrible experience. Never again! More

2+ hours for simple Oil change This was the 2nd and last time I come in for a 3+& 2+hour oil change. The only reason I went back was giving them the benefit of the doubt as i went on Sat last time (plus they sent me a $9.95 coupon) so this time I went during my weekday off day-what a waste of my valuable day off. Then you have the staff eating they're lunch in the waiting room and every other word from the guy and woman was a curse word. Then to boot you have the guy that registered the car with an attitude cursing on the phone in spanish. Even if I get a free coupon it's not worth my time and ears. More

I am extr Please note: I did not purchase a vehicle from Fordham Toyota. This review is regarding Fordham's Internet Sales Manager, Sabrina Florvil. I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service I received from Sabrina. I reached out to the dealership regarding a new Rav 4. Sabrina responded with a selling price, and told me she would call me back in 20 minutes. I never heard from her again; Sabrina wouldn't respond to calls or emails. I finally called the dealership and spoke to the sales manager, Anthony, who said the car has already been sold. The positive about living in a major city like NY is that we have plenty of Toyota dealerships. I chose Fordham based on their 4.9 rating on DealerRater and 100% customer recommendation. Maybe I caught them on an "off" week, but this is unacceptable, and I would not give them my business. Update: Jose (General Sales Manager) tried to make it right by finding the vehicle I wanted (2014) at another dealership, but he could not. Finally, he tried to put me in a 2015, but would only sell at $500 below MSRP (while their internet sales department quoted invoice). More

After I inquired on the internet I got a phone call from the dealer with a very good price for the vehicle I was looking for, RAV4 AWD LE I then spoke by phone with Sbarina Florvil, the Internet Sales Mana the dealer with a very good price for the vehicle I was looking for, RAV4 AWD LE I then spoke by phone with Sbarina Florvil, the Internet Sales Manager who assured me that no additional charge to the price offered me will be added later on. I also asked Sabrina to verify whether the color I wanted was in stock. It was. Once I arrived at the dealership and agreed on a price with Sabrina, I was turned over to a certified sales specialist by the name of Angel Liz. Angel could not do enough to make sure that all my questions were answered and and all my requirements met. Then I met with Michael Fermin, the business manager, to arrange the financing. Michael was pleasant, efficient and professional. The Genera;l Sales Manager, Jose Concepcion also came over to introduce himself and to make sure that everything they did met with my approval. I left the dealership after a couple of hours, driving my new vehicle. The overall experience was very pleasant. I was dealt with honestly, and no undue pressure was exerted by the sales team. I can full heartedly recommend Fordham Toyota. I would like to take this opportunity and also tell you how unsatisfied I was with the first dealership I went to; Westchester Toyota. I felt they were not honestly dealing with me. I felt pressured and at one point, after going back and forth about the pricing, when I asked the salesman about possible financing, the salesman became outright hostile. I will definitely not recommend Westchester Toyota to any body. More

I hadn't purchased a car in nearly 25 years and the process was very intimidating to me. But the staff at Fordham Toyota were really great. And not pushy. They reached out via phone after an email inquiry, answered my questions promptly, and they were friendly and responsive during my visit to the dealership. They worked with me to get the car I really wanted at the price I could afford. I am very happy. And they have valet parking so I didn't have to stress about parking while there. More
